Our Staff

NEIFCA employs sixteen staff in a range of roles covering both land based and offshore operations including a dedicated environmental/scientific section. All operational activity is headed by the Chief Inshore Fisheries and Conservation (IFC) Officer supported by a Deputy Chief IFC Officer who has specific functions for the management of offshore and land based activities.

Specific functions relating to policy and procedure within the Authority are led and overseen by a Clerk and Deputy Clerk, appointed through NEIFCA’s lead Local Authority, East Riding of Yorkshire Council.
