Notice is hereby given that pursuant to the above Regulation, North Eastern Inshore Fisheries and Conservation Authority intends to apply to the Minister for the Department for Environment Food and Rural affairs for confirmation of the following Byelaw:


BYELAW XXVIII 'Crustacea Conservation Byelaw'

This Byelaw contains one fundamental amendment to that previously advertised.  The following amendment has been made in response to comments and objections received during the statutory consultation period:

The proposed seasonal prohibition on landing egg bearing lobsters between June and September has been removed.
